Boundaries
The default demo is local, deterministic, and credential-free. PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, OpenAI, Anthropic, watchdog, OCR, and heavy parser/model integrations remain optional; polling and deterministic fallbacks are authoritative offline behavior. Manual visual and positioning QA remains an owner handoff.
